Dedicated gluten free and allergy friendly baker. Catering to all allergens and dietary preferences to help give the community good variety and love from freshly baked goods! I tend to introduce new things on a weekly basis with whatever is available to purchase at the market from the other businesses/farms. I take the time to label all of the allergens, ingredients, and businesses supported clearly on my items and menus .

I specialize in world vegetables (mostly Asian, Indian, and European) that are not commonly found in local supermarkets. Depending on the season, I grow a variety of Asian greens, cucumbers, eggplant, peppers, bitter melon, onion, and garlic.
